Good food is meant to be shared with good friends!

We designed this kitchen with friends & family in mind. A gathering place where the love of food and life is meant to be shared. We couldn’t wait to knock down the walls and open up this space to create a perfect place for entertaining and enjoying the company of loved ones. With that in mind we designed this 14 foot waterfall Quartz island, with dual Kohler stainless steel sinks and industrial kitchen faucets (perfect for prepping all of that party food and of course all the dirty dishes), dual Asko dishwashers… just in case you don’t feel like washing all those dishes by hand, we got you! ;). A 60 inch WOLF gas range with 6 buyers, charbroiler and infrared griddle with a stainless steel pot filler and industrial size hood, double 36 inch SubZero refridgeration & freezer, 30 inch dual temperature SubZero wine cooler, a 30” WOLF transitional microwave drawer built into the lower cabinets. We installed a glass white tile in a herringbone pattern throughout the kitchen, recessed & pendant lighting, and rustic wood beams.

Hipster Modern Makeover

We are in love with this staircase! It fits this space now perfectly and makes a statement! Before, the staircase was blocking the window & view of the lake. We worked with a local architect and metal manufacturing company to custom make this amazing piece of art. The stair treads & railings are solid maple which adds a nice warm tone to the home, mixed with the industrial style frame and metal cable wire.

 We redesigned this master bath with large format 30” X 30” Venato Blanco Polished Porcelian tiles, floor to ceiling. The bathroom features polished nickel bathroom fixtures, a black quartz counter top, above mount sinks, and a stand alone tub. We removed the tray ceilings, installed new can lighting, moved the shower to where the toilet was originally (which had the only window in this bathroom and was closed off) and allowed the natural lighting to flow into the room, we also replaced the exterior door with a white door to brighten up the bath. (To be installed: chandelier above the tub, polished nickel hardware, vanity mirror, and a custom built 4-6 person sauna-not pictured). Custom built solid Oak barn doors lead into the master closet.

This house was full of projects! We removed the ceramic tile and installed a large format rustic wood tile throughout the entire first floor and new baseboards, painted the walls, painted the kitchen cabinets, installed new hardware and a white subway tile backsplash. In the living room, we installed a live edge wood slab that divides the space and creates a spot for a few stools. We built a custom bar height cement table for the dining area on a cedar frame with matching benches as well as a matching cedar frame for a large mirror and installed a new lighting fixture. We removed the old carpeting and installed wood risers and treads on the staircase and stained the treads and railing to match. On the second story, we also removed all of the carpeting and installed a beautiful laminate flooring which really lightened the upstairs up! In the laundry room we removed the old blue tile flooring, and installed new wood plank tile on the floor and accent wall, white subway tile and built floating shelves. In the master bath we replaced the same blue tile with a gray tile that we installed on both the floors and wall of the shower and installed a nice pebble flooring and new shower doors. We painted the vanity cabinets, framed the mirror, installed a new granite counter top, sinks and faucets, and added a new lighting fixture. We also used tongue & groove wood to create two headboards in both the master and the guest room.
